A freelance sr. Agile Project manager (with 20 years of experience) who coaches, guides and drives teams to achieve the unknown and impossible.
I am a super driven Agile Coach, trainer and Agile Project manager where communication and motivation are of utmost importance to me. Even though I have high demands on myself, I also have a hands-on approach to advise and help teams when and wherever needed. Due to my extensive experience in development and management of software applications, I know the challenges to be faced when dealing with deadlines in an IT-department. This puts me in the position to guide, stimulate and motivate multiple teams (on business and IT side) with the same end result in mind and getting the job done.

A little bit about ABC Programs
ABC Programs (founded in 2009) is my consulting company which provides services related to IT-, Portfolio-, program- and project management. We have a vast expertise in Agile Coaching, Training and consultancy but always with a practical implementation in mind. We make Agile work for our customers (with theory as the basis and not the result), keeping their organisation, values and goals in mind.
We strongly believe in the fact that there is not one silver bullet, but that the solution is a combination of our practical experience, strong solid foundations and the drive to make things work.

As a PO I was responsible for all customer experience features within the mobile App of Toyota and Lexus.
As an Agile coach and Program manager I'm improving the way of working within the business team of digital experience so that roadmaps, issues and risks can be discussed with the different stakeholders.

As a delivery lead I am responsible for the on-time within budget delivery of 3 agile teams (ca 30 members) where one of the teams is located in Luxembourg. Next to this I coach the team leads in a hybrid PM way of working.
As a managing partner I was responsible for the vision and growth of Equalminds and the management of the team consisting of Project Managers and Analysts. My daily tasks were Sales, Planning, Contract negotiation, interviews and networking. Equalminds is a business with 10 employees and freelancers
As a program manager it was my job to set-up a complete organisation of governance of Program, project management with an Agile development and doing the complete program management of the overall program. In this program I was responsible for 30 resources existing out of Project managers, analysts, developers and testers.
My job consisted of interviewing current employees and management to determine the capabilities and see where we can use these capabilities in a most efficient way in the future by reorganising development and PMO - Next to the HR part I standardise the approach of doing projects where we chose to use PRINCE2 in combination with Scrum

Gave a training on "Product backlog management". How to create, manage and prioritise the backlog. Which techniques can be used to manage it.
Gave several trainings on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Classic project management and tooling or metrics which can be used.
SUMMER OF TECHNOLOGIES
Gave a training on Hybrid Project management where we combine the best of both worlds : Agile and waterfall approach.
Gave an Agile-scrum training with LEGO as an intermediate. Audience were Project managers that wanted to understand the way of working.
Gave an online training on How to set up a large scale environment in a standard Atlassian-Jira environment without having to buy expensive plugins
